ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 1-3 business days, 5-7 for ID & Alert Cards to process your order. Expect an email within 2-3 business days, 6-7 for ID & Alert Cards to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days using USPS. We do not ship outside of the US & Canada at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. There is a standard handling fee of $2.00 included. We offer free shipping for orders $50 and up. Express (1-2 business days) shipping is also available.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada. For purchases outside of the US & Canada, place them here. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. There is a standard handling fee of $2.00 included. We offer free shipping for orders $50 and up. Express (3-4 business days) shipping is also available. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ThatADHDGirl is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at help@thatadhdgirl.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
