If you don't want a name please put "None". *Please note if you get a name, it will be added to both the ID card & Alert card cover unless you specify for it to be added to only one.* ALERT CARDS: You can get all 7 or pick & choose. For ¹custom Alert cards please email alertcards@thatadhdgirl.com. ID CARDS: They DO NOT come laminated. If you want your card laminated, please state that in the special instructions box.
