These are MADE TO ORDER! In the order special instructions box after adding to cart, please put the name you want to put on the ID card and/or Alert card cover. If you don't want a name please put "None". *Please note if you get a name, it will be added to both the ID card & Alert card cover unless you specify for it to be added to only one.* ALERT CARDS: You can get all 7 or pick & choose. For custom Alert cards please email alertcards@thatadhdgirl.com. ID CARDS: They DO NOT come laminated. If you want your card laminated, state that in the order special instructions box. For ¹custom and/or ²additional ID cards please email idcards@thatadhdgirl.com. Both the ID Card & Alert Cards come in a protective pouch. Thank you!
